Owner/chef Gillian Clark, formerly of the Morrison-Clark Inn, Cashion's Eat Place and the Evening Star Cafe, divides her menu into sections called Firsts, Small Foods and Big Foods. Firsts includes a soup of the day, salads and an onion toast. Small Foods can serve as an appetizer or, with a soup or salad, as a light meal. Big Foods feature selections such as pork chops, salmon, meatloaf, lemon-sage chicken and shrimp and scallops.
