One of Grand Junction's oldest restaurant - over 20 years - offering food made from scratch from fresh ingredients in an authentic southwestern style. Menu includes entrées such as elk, Alaskan salmon, Australian lobster, Texas beef and fresh seafood. A house specialty is the shrimp and crab burrito (sautéed shrimp, crab and cheeses baked in a flour tortilla shell and served with a seafood sauce and garnishes). The menu also features appetizers (including nachos and stuffed portabello mushrooms), steaks, chicken, seafood and desserts (like Hot Apple Chimichanga and Chocolate Suicide Cake).
