Among the dishes that characterise the restaurant of the <i>Agriturismo Amarant</i> are risotto <i>all'Amarant</i>, agnolotti, peppers in <i>bagna caoda</i>, prosciutto <i>al forno</i> and arrosticini (lamb skewers).
