They offer a wide varity of items from Burgers, Po Boys, Oysters on the half shell to ribs, steaks, and seafood. You will see a heavy Cajun influence as well as a Carribean influence as well. The atmosphere is very relaxing, with blues/jazz music in the background. There is original artwork desgined for Redbone's by Frank Gee and Twisted Sisters scattered around the dining areas. Each table has been hand painted with a different musical scene. A Bob Marley portrait is on one of the larger table in the bar. There is live music every weekend and often on other nights during the week. The bar is in the center of the restuarant.
