TBD (To Be Determined) Tavern will be named later on. Immediately reopened in place of Red Star Tavern, which closed in February 2007. TBD is a tongue-in-cheek reference to the fact that the Red Star replacement’s actual name is "to be determined." The new restaurant will be owned by a recently formed company, Innovative Culinary Concepts Inc., created by hotel executive Charles Lagarce and restaurateur Brett Post states an article in The Columbus Dispatch.
