Saladworks cuts their ingredients daily and their signature dressings are blended from scratch every day. Signature salads include chicken Caesar, Mandarin chicken, garden, Caesar, chicken club, Greek, Tivoli, Bently, spinach, nicoise, Newport, fiesta and BLT. Patrons can also create their own salads. Saladworks also offers freshly sauteed pastas, roasted chicken and vegetable or steak sandwiches. Saladworks is located in the food court inside Union Station.
