Located near McPherson Square, Cafe Mozart is a lounge and deli in addition to being one of the few German restaurants in the metro area. Though unimpressive in decor, the food is genuine and available in smaller portions on request. It happily accepts the patronage of downtown office workers, for whom it sponsors a daily happy hour from 4 to 7pm, as well as the occasional German expatriate in the mood for native wursts, salads, and pastries. Special opera and Cabaret nights are held monthly.
