This small, trendy restaurant serves Thai food with a lot of atmosphere. The interior is dimly lit by small lamps and television sets silently blaring cartoons or bad movies. The walls are plastered with rock posters, strange sculptures, odd pictures, and other random stuff. Fortune cookie fortunes have been slid under the glass tabletops on some tables. Seating is mostly booths. Toi has another location in Hollywood, on Sunset Blvd.
