Established in 1956 by the Rocca Family, Original Joe's Restaurant has been a cornerstone for an everchanging downtown San Jose, Ca. Famous for its large portions and homestyle Italian cooking , Original Joe's continues to serve the community with the same quality of food and service that it has for over 40 years. Original Joe's was the first San Francisco based restaurant to open in San Jose. The cuisine is still served with a traditional San Francisco flair. All sandwiches are served on sourdough french bread, and come with fresh handcut steak fries. Original Joe's also serves over 100 entrees, encompassing eggs, omelettes, sandwiches, soups, salads, roasts, veal, chicken, fish, pasta, steaks and chops.
