Millennium creates a gourmet dining experience out of vegetarian, healthy, and environmentally friendly foods. They strive to make vegetarian dining fun and exciting. Their cuisine is influenced by the flavors and styles of many cultures and all of their dishes are completely animal-free. Most diners dress up, but it's not required. They occasionally have special events such as the monthly Aphrodisiac Night (which includes dinner for two and a night in the Savoy Hotel).
